Agenda:

1. Call to Order

   • The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Jane Smith, the President of the Sunnydale Estates HOA.

2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

   • The minutes of the previous meeting held on June 20, 2023, were approved as presented.

3. Treasurer's Report

   • Emily Davis presented the financial report for the month of July 2023.
   • Total funds: $12,500
   • Discussion on budget allocation and any outstanding dues.

4. Committee Updates

   • Architectural Committee
     • Mark Johnson reported on recent requests for architectural changes.
     • 3 requests approved, 2 pending review.
   • Landscape Committee
     • David Anderson discussed upcoming landscaping projects.
     • "Sunnydale Gardens" project is scheduled to begin on July 25, 2023.
   • Community Events Committee
     • Lisa Rodriguez announced upcoming events, including the "Summer BBQ" on August 5, 2023.

5. Old Business

   • Discussion on the repair of the community playground.
   • Update on the maintenance contract renewal.

6. New Business

   • Discussion on installing additional streetlights in the community.
   • Proposal for a neighborhood watch program.

7. Open Floor

   • Homeowners had the opportunity to raise concerns and ask questions regarding the community.

8. Next Meeting Date

   • The next HOA meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2023, at 6:30 PM at the Sunnydale Community Center.

9. Adjournment

   • The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM by Jane Smith, the President of the Sunnydale Estates HOA.
